Privacy Policy

FirmApply ("we", "us") is a human-powered job application service operating at firmapply.com. We find job openings for our customers, submit applications on their behalf, and track the results. For anything in this policy, contact us at contact@firmapply.com.

We collect only what we need to run your job search:

• Contact form: name, email, target roles, level, preferred locations, weekly application volume, and (optionally) your Facebook or LinkedIn profile links.
• Account: email and password (stored by our authentication provider — we never see your password).
• Job-search intake: your resume, salary expectations, work authorization status, and companies you want us to avoid.
• Payments: processed by PayPal or bank transfer. We receive a transaction confirmation; we never see or store your card or bank credentials.
• Communications: messages you exchange with our team over email or Facebook Messenger.

We use only essential cookies (for signing in). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

• To find roles matching your criteria and apply on your behalf.
• To keep a shared tracker of every application and its status.
• To contact you about your search, your plan, and your results.
• To process payments and send receipts and confirmations.
• To improve the service — always on anonymized information.

• We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We never contact your current employer and never mention where you currently work in any application.
• We never apply anywhere without your criteria — and, where you have asked for review, without your approval.

Only the service providers that make FirmApply work, each bound by their own privacy terms:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Supabase (accounts and database)
• Google (the shared application-tracking spreadsheet)
• PayPal (payment processing)
• Resend (transactional email)
• The companies you apply to — your application materials, which is the point of the service.

We keep your information while you are a customer and for up to 12 months after your last activity, then delete it. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete your data — email contact@firmapply.com and we will respond within 7 business days.

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to the team members working on your search. Payment credentials are handled entirely by PayPal and never touch our servers.

Our team operates from Vietnam and our infrastructure runs in the United States. By using FirmApply you consent to your information being processed in both locations, protected by this policy wherever it is.

FirmApply is a career service for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and note the new effective date below. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
